Rostyslav is SC Viking's head coach. He doesn't wait for children to fall in love with football — he creates the environment that keeps them coming back. Every child receives specific, actionable feedback at every session. Tournaments, in his view, are a learning opportunity — not a test. His UEFA C licence underpins a structured methodology, but what matters most is the atmosphere of trust and growth he builds at every training session.
